The Pagoda
Hexgonal-shaped space accessed via The Steading or double patio doors to the car park. The Pagoda is a stunning option for ceremonies of up to 100 guests or dinner for 50 guests.
The Long Room
Fully converted 19th century farm steading with high ceilings, ornately shaped windows and chandelier lighting- this long room is perfect for ceremonies of up to 150 guests or dinner for 100 guests.
Our Luxury Marquee
With the addition of our Luxury Marquee, we have plenty of space for all your family and friends. Our marquee is a fabulous space for up to 160 people for dinner with plenty of space for evening guests to help you celebrate your big day.
Drinks
Our fully licensed staffed bar is part of the package, providing excellent quality drinks at great value.
There is the option to supply your own Champagne/ prosecco for the first drinks reception as well as wine for your Wedding Breakfast dining tables. Our food and beverage team then take responsibility for the bottles you supply, and our current corkage charge is applied.
Catering
Catering at Daviot Steading is exclusively provided by our trusted partner, Delishness, led by talented chef Nina. Known for their creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional service, they will work closely with you to deliver a menu that reflects your vision for your Wedding Breakfast and creates a truly memorable dining experience.
With a range of menu options available, Nina and her team create dishes that perfectly complement the unique atmosphere of our venue. Nina's experienced team will be on hand throughout to ensure all catering arrangements are seamlessly coordinated as part of your day.
Using the freshest ingredients and sourcing locally wherever possible, Delishness takes great pride in delivering outstanding food. They are also happy to accommodate younger guests with smaller portion options and can cater for all dietary requirements and allergies with care and attention.
Accommodation
Across the cobbled courtyard The Dairy at Daviot have six gorgeous four star cottages.
Each cottage sleeps up to 4 adults plus 2 young children in cots or fold down beds.
Dogs welcome in two of the cottages.
Three night minimum stay for all cottage bookings.
The cottages are separately owned and should be booked directly with The Dairy at Daviot HERE.

"We got married here in June, and the day went flawlessly. We had Shona in charge, and she took care of everything without asking us. The food was excellent, the servers were joyful and really friendly, and they handled last-minute requests like young kids wanting to have dinner outside! The toilets were immaculate and smelled fresher than any I've been in .The bar was well stocked with a variety of beers, ciders, spirits, and whiskys. The outside marquee was perfect for a ceilidh. Very flexible with menus, drinks, layouts, service and just about everything. I have nothing negative to say, what an amazing venue!"

We had our wedding at Clava Mains in May 2024, and cannot fault the venue in any way. Clava Mains is absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque setting that was exactly what we were looking for. We had exclusive use of the entire venue, including the marquee and cottages, which provided us with a perfect base not on for the day but for the whole weekend. We also needed somewhere dog friendly and this was also not an issue!
The service from the staff was impeccable. They were attentive, professional, and ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Their dedication and attention to detail made us and our guests feel exceptionally well-cared for.
For food, we choose the BBQ option which was excellent and received rave reviews from our guests. It was the perfect choice for our celebration, a fantastic selection that catered to all tastes, and tweaks to the menu to suit our requirements.
Overall, Clava Mains exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue or a better team to help us celebrate our wedding day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and flawless wedding experience.
